199 Q:   What is the best method of anal stimulation? This arouses me, and I would love to experience someone doing it to me. Should I be worried and how would I go about it?
A: Since everyone is different when it comes to these things, the "best" way can only be the best technique that works well for you. However, I would definitely suggest starting with one or two fingers. Then, you can choose a variety of other objects if you so desire to experiment further. Things like carrots or bananas are generally safe, but it can still be painful if it is forced. Also, adult stores sell many objects that can enhance the experience and "hit the spot" you are seeking to stimulate. You have to be careful during anal stimulation because the intestinal lining can tear and cause a temporary bleed (not to mention pain). It's also possible to get objects lodged in the rectum if what you are using is too small. This tends to cause people to panic. Some people actually have to go to the hospital to have the stuck object removed. In the beginning, stick with using fingers until you learn your limitations.

200 Q: I have been trying what you said about using my fingers first then I tried a pen its sooooo amazing I'm not gay but love this type of stimulation could you give any more e.g technique advice as to this practice and any other methods of general male stimulation that you have heard of that I might enjoy I'm just soooo f****n horny
A: Sorry, we only give general advice to maintain a general audience here. But there are other websites on that topic. You may want to search  the Web for "Anal Stimulation" - Google

NAME:   cute teen
201 Q:   Must the penis be lubricated before anal sex?
A: It generally best if it is. However, some people can do it without lubrication, although I don't recommend it.

NAME:   Guy
119 Q:   When I was masturbating, I could lick the tip of my penis. Is this normal?
A: Most men can not lick the tip of their penis, but I'm going to say something like that is wrong to do. It's totally up to you.

NAME:   (Anonymous)
144 Q:   When I'm with my girlfriend, sometimes semen is let out in my underwear. Is this normal?
A: Yes, it is definitely normal. What you see and feel in your underwear is pre-ejaculatory fluid from the cowper's gland (pre-cum). Some guys notice it more than others. Some men secrete very little or no pre-cum, while other men secrete quite a lot of pre-cum. All the cases I just mentioned are totally normal.

NAME:   mark
148 Q:   I tried anal stimulation by using a banana covered by a condom. Will it cause any abnormality? I have a slight pain.
A: The pain will only be temporary. What you did is generally safe if you feel comfortable with it.

NAME:
164 Q:   I have a strong sexual urge towards my mom. I'm only 15 and masturbate 4 or 5 times a day. Does this make me a sicko? Should I carry out my plans to have sex with her?
A: No, it does not make you a sick-o. And no, you have no need to carry out sex with your mother. It is natural to become aroused by attractive people. However, this does not mean you should act on every single fantasy, impulse, or desire.

NAME:   confused
159 Q:   When I was 10 and my older sister was 14 we use to have sex at least twice a week. Then my parents divorced and she moved with my father. Since then we stay in contact but she has a husband and I have a girlfriend. The problem is when I have sex with my girlfriend I am thinking of my sister, when I masturbate I am thinking of my sister, I even masturbate over sexy photos of her. Is this becoming obsessive? What should I do?
A: Maybe you need to talk to a counselor about this issue. Obsession can be a very big problem if it is taken to extremes. Until then, try to stop thinking about your sister. If you believe in God, say a prayer for the strength every day.

163 Q:   I was wondering when having sex and using a condom if is it dangerous if after cumming inside a girl, if you keep on going, will the cum leek out of the condom?
A: No birth control method is 100% effective, except abstinence. Although a condom will cut down on the chances of the semen leaking out, there is a very small possibility that it could happen. It's best to use condoms that come with spermicide. There is a chemical in them that kills the sperm on contact. There are also spermicides sold separately in some places that sell condoms and birth control devices.

169 Q:   I am 37 years old. The last few months, my husband would rather have me give him a hand job every night than have sex with me is this normal?
A: It just sounds like you need to communicate about experimenting with new techniques and your own desires. Partners have to come to agreements and compromises to make sexual relationships work.

NAME:   Ryan
173 Q:   I go on porn all the time. Will this cause effects for the future? So, what is wrong with me?
A: Pornography can become an addiction just like gambling or substance abuse. I do not know the extent of your pornography experiences, but you should be aware that it has the potential to become a serious problem. Generally, when you start to think something like this might be a problem, it usually already is. People who use pornography in a non-problematic recreational or casual setting usually do not take time to inquire and wonder if they have a problem. However, you may not have a pornography addiction at all. Only you can find out the answer to that. See if you can relate at http://sa.org

174 Q:   How old do you have to be to legally be able to have sex in the state of Pennsylvania in the United States?
A: The age of sexual consent in the Commonweatlh of Pennsylvania has been known to change from time to time without any real notice to the public. It is also a more complicated law than you might expect. You cannot just give it a number (age) and expect everything to turn out legally for you in the future. You have to use your judgment. You should only be involved with partners that are similar in maturity to yourself. They should be in the same age bracket (age group). For example, if you are in high school, your partner should also be around high school age. If you are over 21, it is best to develop sexual relationships with persons no younger than 18 (approximately). In my opinion, if you are over 30, you should definitely not be involved with anyone younger than 18, regardless of law. See - State Age of Sexual Consent Laws.

175 Q:   My husband has told me he gets erections at women's sexual parts (all women, even unattractive women) is this right? Does getting an erection mean he fancies them or wants to have sex with them? Is this just his body responding to sexual stimuli, does it necessarily mean anything?
A: His body may just be responding to unintentional sexual stimuli. This is more common in men than it is in women. However, most men do not admit these sorts of things to their wives. Based on what you told me, it may not necessarily (probably not) mean anything abnormal or unusual.

NAME:   strait male
179 Q:   Is there any way to safely intensify orgasms? You, know, make them better or last longer?
A: Absolutely, there are may techniques described out there on the Internet. The editorial we published on this topic is called the Stop-and-Go method.

181 Q:   I am a 22 year old female and my boyfriend is 23. When we have sex, I notice that right before his climax, he seems to get weak. During his climax he starts to sweat and sometimes he collapses on to me. When he is done, he is usually always out of breath. I don't want to think he is weak, but what is wrong with him? Is the male orgasm that great that it "Stuns" them?
A: I'm not sure there is anything wrong with him. And I'm not sure what you mean by "weak". An orgasm takes a lot of energy out of a man, but it's nothing more than running or jogging for five minutes would do to the body.

NAME:   high boy
182 Q:   Lately I have noticed that I am getting easily aroused, and often find myself with an erection, at home, gym and at work. I am embarrassed about this because I know someone has to be able to see my erection through my pants. Sometimes the sensation overwhelms me and I have the strong need to go into a bathroom and masturbate. Why is this happening to me? I also have noticed that my scrotum is always pulled tight up against my crotch. I have noticed other guys (in the gym locker room) and theirs hang down most of the time. What’s with that? Could this have a direct effect on my ejaculating very far?
A: Spontaneous erections are something that all males have to deal with. People cannot prove you have an erection even if it looks like you do. I don't think there is anything wrong with your scrotum. I also don't think ejaculation distance has anything to do with the scrotum at all. Be careful when comparing yourself to other men. You are looking very closely upon yourself at restricted angles (even if you are using a mirror). You're seeing the other in unrestricted angles. Perception of your own body can play mind tricks on you if you try to over-analyze it.

NAME:   Might be a stupid question
186 Q:   I'm 19 and still a virgin. My girlfriend keeps pressuring me into having sex, but I feel if I do, I will disappoint her because I'm not sure how long I will last before I cum. When I masterbate, it usually only takes 10 minutes, from that fact is there a way on determining how long I will last. And also if I decide to have sex with her, ("Obviously I am going to use a condom"), I was wondering like when I need to cum, do I need to pull out or can I stay in her.
A: (1) There is really no way to tell how long you would last during sex. Unfortunately, there is no mathematical formula to determine the time correlation of masturbation and sex. (2) Normally men do leave their penis inside the woman if they are using a condom.

187 Q:   I'am a 27 year old straight male. But when I do cocaine, I fantasize, and sometimes participate in gay sex. How come?
A: Cocaine is a mood-mind altering drug that can affect the sexual libido. Generally, illegal drugs cause people to do things that they normally wouldn't do. That's why they are illegal or controlled by many national and local governments. In your case, it is just causing you to engage in sexual activity that is unusual for you. For other people, it causes them to commit crimes, steal, drive recklessly, spend all their money, act irrationally, develop mental panic/anxiety, develop mental depression, develop psychosis, or abuse/neglect their friends, families, and/or partner(s).

193 Q:   When I masturbate, sometimes I can put my penis in my own anus hole. Is that normal?
A: It has been known to be a thing some guys do. But most men cannot do this because their penis will not bend in that direction or because their penis simply cannot reach their anus. I wouldn't say it is "abnormal". I think it's just "unique". At the very worst, it could be considered "unusual" by some other people. Nevertheless, I bet most guys (including myself) have been curious enough to try to do it, even though we couldn't physically reach that far.

NAME:   PM
194 Q:   Is male multiple ejaculation harmful?
A: No. If you can ejaculate multiple times in a row, it does no physical harm. Some guys experience some mild to moderate pains after ejaculating or orgasming multiple times, but the pain does subside.

NAME:   veryhot
204 Q:   What determines whether the gay is active or passive?
A: Within the orientation of homosexuality, there are different preferences among those who are gay. Each male may have his own tendencies towards being passive or aggressive just as one might have tendencies to be heterosexual or homosexual. It is interesting to note that not nearly all homosexual relationships contain a passive and an aggressive partner. It's very possible for passives fall in love with passives and aggressives fall in love with aggressives. Then, there are those men that engage in both roles equally. On top of that, there are those that are on the borderline between the two roles and may seek out any of the above for a partner. It's kind of like a spectrum, which tends to cause vague explanations of "why" people are the way they are. I have found it interesting that feminine gays are not always the passive ones, but the degree of femininity or masculinity can be a factor in many cases.
