Growing up I wore white y front briefs exclusively because that's what my mom bought. Most boys in the 50's and 60's did. Boxers were what old men wore. Now that I am an old man I wear colored briefs exclusively. Not that that many folks are going to see them just the white ones seem too little kid. I have a few boxers but don't wear them much. I prefer low rise stretch cotton or lycra bikini style with a good sized spacious pouch and european seat. I like them to fit very low on my hips and for the sides to be less than 1".
