Until college I wore bikini briefs. I switched to boxers because my g/f didn't like briefs. Recently (and a new g/f) later, I switched back to bikini briefs (only black and grey) and sometimes boxer briefs. I got rid of all my boxers. They are uncomfortable. I don't see why guys wear them. I have also recently started wearing thongs (black, grey, and white). They took a bit to get used to, but now I prefer them as my underwear of choice. So, thongs 85%, bikini 14%, and boxer brief 1%. In terms of going without; yes, I do this too, but not as often anymore since I started wearing thongs. Thongs give the feel of not wearing underwear with the support. And, what I wear depends on what is in my drawer. I always go for thongs first, then bikinis. My g/f, however, prefers I wear nothing.

I wore breifs until 4th grade. About that time I remember going to Kmart and asking for boxers because people would call you gay if you wore breifs. I was only 10 so I did not know better. However in middle school boxers got incredibly uncomfortable for the fact that you could get an erection and it would be noticable walking down the corridor or you'd get your boxers stuck up your crack or they would wrap around you balls. So I switched to boxer-breifs. These are great because you they give you support and you dont get called names if you wear them. Down here in Georgia the rednecks still in high school would make fun of you. Now in high school I waer breifs at home and on the weekend or at the gym, jocks constrict to much, nothing underneath jeans, and boxer breifs when I have gym or something.

I,m just back from a high school trip to Europe and roomed with three boys a year older than me.
