I used to wear men’s nylon bikini briefs, string bikinis, and thongs. Sometimes I even tried women’s nylon hip-huggers, and liked them too. That all changed when I started having daytime wetting accidents after a messed-up epidural that caused some permanent nerve damage. Back when Sears sold incontinent pants, I ordered some and started wearing them when I was on trips or knew I would be in long meetings that I couldn’t get out of. It was quite a bummer at first, but as time went on, I found that I was much more comfortable and relaxed when I was wearing waterproof underwear and not always scrambling to locate the next restroom. I finally just started wearing them all the time, and threw out my regular underwear. Now I have many styles and colors of training pants, diapers and plastic pants. I love the secure and comfortable feeling that wearing diapers gives me! Since I have to wear them, I may as well enjoy them! I’ve even kind of developed a fetish for wearing them! One thing that I want to emphasize is that I have gone through a lot of urodynamic tests; anyone who experiences recurring incontinence should see their doctor. My doctors know about my condition, so my diapers are not a problem for them. When I go to the gym, I wear “string-bikini” style cloth diapers, and no one has ever noticed. Finding an understanding woman can be tricky, but it is possible. Some women are even turned on by my diapers. Diapers with plastic pants are the only underwear for me!
