I like none while wearing loose fitting cutoffs. As I'm in the process of enlarging and lowering my jewels they need to hang free as much as possible. I've gone from Pecan size to large egg size in two years of work. I'm not sure where I will stop. They still are very insistant on being up tight but at home I weight them down.
