I recently started shaving my pubic area. I had tired it once back in college in the 60s but ran into too many problems with the trimmers and razors, electric and wet, of the period. I ordered the Seiko Cleancut razors and Femini trimers that night. This is my first experience with a dry shaving method. I have to say it has been great. I LOVE the feel. I never liked the hair when it grew in to begin with. My girlfriend LOVES the feel. I LOVE how SHE feels; etc. Suddenly we are like young kids discovering sex all over again. It is absolutely terrific. ----- We had been afraid of the daily maintenance requirements before we tried it. Each day for the first week the task got easier. It is down to about 20 minutes per day for each of us now and really quite easy rarely requiring anything but the razor. The Feminini trimmer was amazingly useful. That worked out very well. With a strong light and a strong pair of reading glasses I was able to use the Femini trimmer to carefully "chew" away the dead horney deposits. It was easy as long as I was able to pull the labia pretty tight and went with the grain. The trimmer went right down to living tissue with nary a nip as long as I just lightly grazed the surface parallel with it over and over. In one week she has gone from very prickly labia after the first trim and shave (3 hours), to very soft and smooth ones with only very mild skin iritation (10 minutes twice a day). And overall, she is tolerating the electric trimmer and razor better than anything else she has tried. Sexual intercourse is so SMOOTH and slippery with no abrasion compared to before.
