I first shaved my pubes at puberty, not liking pubic hair. Didn't keep it up, however. I have shaved from time to time just for fun. I've shaved down there off and on. I do like the smooth feeling, however, I tend to get a good bit of ingrown hairs and the like when it grows back. At the moment, I just keep it well trimmed and shave my balls and the area below them regularly. Don't seem to have that problem there.
