001 Q:   I had something strange happen to me while having sex. This has happened orally and vaginally. I feel like I am ejaculating, however nothing comes out. It feels exactly the same as it always did except like I said, to my surprise, nothing comes out. I know there is a technique to intentionally 'injaculate', but I'm not doing anything different, using strange/new positions, etc. Is this something I should be worried about or happy about? It doesn't happen every time, but its been more frequent recently.
A: If you can still ejaculate normally at some point during the sexual experience, I wouldn't worry about it. However, if nothing is ever coming out, seek guidance from a doctor. Injaculation is when the hole at the tip of the penis is held, the urethra is blocked, or the shaft is wedged in such a way to prevent the semen from ejaculating. This can be intentional or unintentional.

003 Q:   One day I masturbated a a couple of times and then the next day I did the same thing again and the the next morning my testicles were really chapped and the day after that they became saggy and ever since they have stayed like that. What happened?
A: The area can become chapped simply from the friction of masturbation. You might want to try being more gentle, using lubrication, doing it more slowly, or maybe less often. As far as sagging is concerned, it is normal for the testicles to hang low (sag) at times or most of the time. You may not have ever noticed it before. This only happens as you get older. Very young males will usually have testicles close to the body (not sagging).

005 Q:   What is the average recovery time from an orgasm?
A: I assume you are asking about the male refractory period (the time before a man can become aroused and erect again after an orgasm). The more often you orgasm, the longer it takes. The average refractory time after the first orgasm is anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. But it can be as long as a few hours or more than a day.

006 Q:   I had a question about getting pregnant. I am and my boyfriend are 27. He has tired to get me pregnant for almost 2 years, but it hasn't happened. We have gone to the doctor and tried several methods. Could it be that he has weak sperm?
A: It could be. Fertility problems can occur in either the female or male partner. You need to ask to be referred to a fertility specialist.

010 Q:   What is Levitra?
A: Levitra is a medication that is used to treat erectile dysfunction -- It is Viagra's competition.

021 Q: I have one testies, am I able to become a father or not.
A: Sorry, I have no idea. You need to ask a doctor about that. But, there have been men with one testicle who have fertilized.

023 Q:   I have masturbated 2-3 times a day for the last 2 years, how many days would I have to go without masturbating before I start to get "blue balls"?
A: I can tell you that Blue Balls is a term used to describe the discomfort or mild pain in the genital and lower abdomen areas that is a result of not having orgasm and ejaculation. Normally, the feeling subsides after (1) Masturbation (2) Wet dream [nocturnal emission ] (3) Sex. It may take possibly two days to several weeks ,depending on the person. Severe Blue Balls does not last forever because the body will eventually have a nocturnal emission if sex or masturbation does not occur.

025 Q:   I am 18 and I am uncircumcised. Recently about 2 weeks was the first time I have ever been able to pull back my foreskin and see the tip of my penis. Now when I am hard I can pull it back just half way over the head, but when I am softer I can pull it all the way to the back of the head. Is this a normal process? Will I be able to pull it all the way back when hard in the future?
A: Yes, regularly and gradually practice pulling it back over the head of the penis. The skin will stretch over time. A lot of guys have this issue. Just make sure you don't force it too much. You can use lubrication or lotion to ease process if you want. Here is a site that may help more: Jefferson - Men's Health

026 Q:   What is the difference between circumcised and UNcircumcised penises?
A: A circumcised penis has had the top of the foreskin surgically removed, usually shortly after birth. Sometimes it is done for religious or traditional ceremonies, but usually is is done based on the theory that the man will have better genital hygiene because a circumcised penis is easier to keep clean.

027 Q:   Since past 2 years I have seen that my left testicle hangs lower than my right testicle, I think it's harmful in some way, as it pains when I masturbate, what can b the reason, the name of the disorder, and the remedy?
A: Medical questions such as these can not be solved via the Internet. You need to see a doctor if you are in pain.
